Refund Policy

All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or exchange for the affected item.

Eligibility for Replacement
To qualify for a replacement or exchange:

  • The item must be unused

  • You must provide photo proof of damage or error

  • You must contact us within the 48-hour window

 

Non-Eligible Situations
We do not offer replacements or exchanges for:

  • Products that have been used

  • Reactions or sensitivities to ingredients

  • Orders where incorrect shipping information was provided at checkout

  • Normal variations in scent, color, or texture due to the use of natural ingredients
